The aroma was roasted malt coffee and dark malt. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of toasted malt roasted malt and dark malt. Delicious and one I would certainly like to have again.

This full bodied brew is heavy on the dark roast malt, has some chocolate notes, and has a bit more bubbly feel than the usual imperial stout. It’s a very rich, enjoyable brew. sneagrams3 (1750), St. Louis, Missouri, USA

Midnight Sun Sloth has a great aroma that’s like chocolate cake paired with malt whisky along with some charred woody notes. It is almost port-like in both the aroma and flavor. There is a lot of deep caramelization in this beer and the flavor contains smooth Belgian chocolate, charred wood, and mocha with a vanilla finish to it. It is smooth, full-bodied, and creamy. Overall it is really complex and VERY good!
Draught (6 fl. oz. sample) at the Midnight Sun Brewing Company Loft in Anchorage, Alaska. Rating #70 for this beer.
