Recently tried a bottle of this that I purchased at the Midnight Sun brewery last August. Colour... golden with a small head. Nose... lots o’ vinegar and brett! Palate... spice, sour, sweet, some cereal like graininess and a medium finish.

hazy straw colored pour with large but very airy head, which logically reduces quickly to nil. aroma is standard brett notes of barnyard funk and lemon, but a unique note of raspberry or other tangy fruit is hidden amongst the orval-ish madness. flavor takes the reverse chronological order of the nose with the raspberry leading the way, as things close with a not-so-dry brett end. plunging your groveling nose into the glass for each sip the tastebuds are strongly influenced by the stank which grows as the beer warms and opens. wet finish and thin mouthfeel are small but meaningful flaws however.

POurs a hazy yellow. Nose is funky brett, sharp citrus, lemon zest, fresh grass, some breadiness. Flavor is a crisp spicy yeast mixed with lemon rind, good amount of brett. This also brought on about 6 hours of "your anus" jokes. Good stuff.

Tastes like a thicker belgian wit with a little more going on. Crispy and zesty, leaning on the verge of sour. Some earthiness, yeasy flavorsa. Little light fruit. Bottle from Ryan Blanksi’s Sourfest- Hollywood, Florida.

Pours gold with frothy white head. Nose of white grape and apple juice. Flavor is granny smith crossed with bits of lemon zest. Mild sweetness to it with a dry crisp feel to the mouth. Didn’t taste like it had a 7% to it at all.

Bottle. Amber beer with a white head. Tart, lemon, and green apple aroma. Green apple and tart flavor with malt and a light earthiness. Medium bodied. Green apple and lemon tartness lingers with light malt.
