Feb 23, 2009 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. The smell is wood, licorice, malts, spices, alcohol, and dreid fruits. The taste is sweet, malts, alcohol, wood, and spices. The look is brownish in color, cloudy, with a foamy tan colored head.

Feb 22, 2009 Bottle, sampled at Woodshop Quad thanks to WeeHeavySD! Pours a dark clear reddish-brown with an off-white head. Rich sweet aroma, of malt, wood, pine, dark fruits. Taste of sugar, malt, dark fruits, caramel, and anise. Lingering sweetness. Very nice.

Feb 22, 2009 22. Thanks, SuzyGreenberg! Murky dark brown with a dense, creamy, tan head. Virtually laceless. Candi sugar and brown sugar nose. Creamy, thick body with lots of dark and turbulent sugars. Creamy sugary finish. Sweet but yummy.

Feb 21, 2009 Poured a clear very deep ruby color with a medium sized beige head. Fruity, thick and sweet aroma. Just what I like. Fruity flavor with sweet plums and sugar. Bitter finish. Medium to full body with a sticky mouthfeel and warm in the chest. I liked this one.
