stobbe74 (168), Denmark Oct 31, 2007 Bottle, 50cl. Pours a black beer, with a thick creamy head. The color of the foam is brown, and very good-looking. The aroma is nicely balanced, with notes of roasted malts, chocolate. Slightly notes of vanilla and coffee. The flavor is creamy with strong roasted malts, coffee and chocolate. Perfectly balanced with the high alcohol. The mouthfeel is smooth at the beginning and ends a little sharp from the alcohol. A very nice feeling. Overall a very good drinkable beer, with a very nice balance. It is important to drink this beer at the correct temperature, which is 14-16 degrees.
