Bottle. Large light beige thick creamy head that mostly lasted. Somewhat clear sparkling body with a pale amber color. Good display of lacework. Aroma of citrus, fruit, floral, pine, grapefruit. Over the palate came caramel, toasted malt, faint liquorish feel. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated bitter flavor with good sweetness to balance this brew. Dry and bitter fruity finish that lasted somewhat.

Tap. Wonderful, powerful boost of hops greets your nose. Full, without being heavy. Amber in colour, beautiful, creamy head. Much more than your average IPA.

Bottle 50cl. Deep amber/brow almost clear body with small fast beige head. Sweet caramel and hops in the nose. Sweet roasted malt dominates flavour and a nice bitter hoppy aftertaste. Nice beer.

Hazy deep amber with medium to large off white head. Sweet fruity and hoppy aroma with some caramel notes. Same goes the not overly hopped flavor. Ends mild bitter.

Bottle. (On two occasions). Pours a nice clear, golden body with an off-white head. Piney and citrusy on the nose, with malt and caramel and some beef-stock a little bit in the background. Nice hoppy flavor with citrus and pine, as well as malty flavors. Not as bitter as wished for, but sure bitter. Quite full body, slightly warming and almost astringent from the hops. Long piney finish. A nice beer from a brewer that used to be almost crappy. (080215)

500 ml bottle. Hazy amber body with a medium off-white head. Hoppy aroma of peaches. Flavor is sweet, and quite hoppy. A nice, good, typical solid IPA.
