Dark amber colored, medium sized yellow head. Strong IPA-aroma with of course this American hoppy-flowerness, maybe hints of Danish yeasty-vegetables here too, this fits here well. Medium bodied. Flavor is softer with excellent licorice and strong flowery hops, mild toffee here too. Still somehow soapy palated aftertaste, which dries. Nice brew.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown hazy colour with a big head. Sweet fruity caramel aroma. The flavour has some toasted caramel, plenty of fruity hops and some pine. Good hoppy finish. Thanks to CS!

550. Thanks, Maria! Pours a dark amber to brown, crystal clear, with a thick sudsy, moussy head. Minimal lace. Big buttery toffee nose. Very sweet and floral mixed in. Slightly sticky body, relatively low carb, very sugar-forward on the attack and on the mid-palate. Sticky sweet finish. This is a gooey one but it’s pretty tasty.

Bottle. Hazy medium to dark amber color with a small fizzy fair lacing mostly diminishing beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit, cascade. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, with a nice balance. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, a bit thin compared to what i think is in the aroma and flavor.

Tasted on the way home on bike from Svanninge Bakker.
A new brew from this nice brewery personally served by Eddie. Copperred/amber look with a good head. Nose of bitter cascade, but also some caramel. Flavor is very wellbalanced and the IBU of 65 is rather good dosed. After the hills, I’ll drink a lot of this nice brew. Contains notes such as pine, wood, grapes, dry hops and cream. Looking forward to taste it again and especially the IIPA in autumn.

Medium offwhite coarse head. Red body. Floral pine needle aroma with notes of soap and wood. Sweet roasty wooden taste, quite mild, with pine needle hop notes. Sweetish dry roasty wooden aftertaste. Excellent harmony and balance. A beautiful beer, even though it’s quite light. (0.5l bottle.)
