Oct 28, 2007 Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a nice orange head. The aroma is sweet hoppy with notes of Cascade and grapefruit. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and grapefruit, leading to a bitter finish. Nothing special.

May 19, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) Clear, amber golden with an off-white head. Fat aroma of caramel and citrus. Good, full body with a very solid and rich malt base - sweetish caramel and then a citrusy bitterness. Quite decent. 120507

May 21, 2007 Updated: Jul 5, 2007Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Pale nut brown. Grapefruity hoppy nose. Sweetish and lightly roasty with medium bodied with lightly soapy mouthfeel. Solid malt backs up a good amount of hops. Good IPA!

Jul 6, 2007 Bottle. Hazy medium to dark amber color with a small fizzy fair lacing mostly diminishing beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit, cascade. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, with a nice balance. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, a bit thin compared to what i think is in the aroma and flavor.

May 1, 2007 Bottle at Frederikshavn øl- og vinfestival 07. Good hop aroma and flavour. Almost clear dark copper colour. Sweet and fruity hop flavour, teaish. Nicely hopped.
