Tasted on the way home on bike from Svanninge Bakker.
A new brew from this nice brewery personally served by Eddie. Copperred/amber look with a good head. Nose of bitter cascade, but also some caramel. Flavor is very wellbalanced and the IBU of 65 is rather good dosed. After the hills, I’ll drink a lot of this nice brew. Contains notes such as pine, wood, grapes, dry hops and cream. Looking forward to taste it again and especially the IIPA in autumn.

The color is very beautiful amber-red and the head is huge and creamy. The aroma is fruity and hoppy with nice notes of caramel. The flavour has a lot of fruity hops and a nice caramel base, a nice citrussy bitterness and a very long finish. The brew has a very nice balance. It certainly has helped that the brewery is in new hands - thumbs up!!! 2312

Tap. Wonderful, powerful boost of hops greets your nose. Full, without being heavy. Amber in colour, beautiful, creamy head. Much more than your average IPA.

Bottle. Characteristichops aroma. Two different hops are used, but the Cascade is dominating the aroma. Unclear light brown/amber colour with small head. Pleasanr bittersweet taste sincethere is also plenty of malt in the brew. Softcarbonation. Definitely one of the best Danish IPAs.

Bottle. Pours amber with good fluffy head. Aroma is citric fruits, pine and fresh grass. Great. Awesome hoppy taste almost like the San Diego style IPAs. Caramel is present here too. Lovely brew.

Clear copper/golden with nice white head. Clean cascade nose and taste. Also slight spicy, flowery and herbal. Powerful aroma and taste, but really good balanced bitterness.

Bottle. Pours a clear dark amber with loads of small bubbles in the liquid. Creamy and slightly lacing head. Aroma is extremely well-balanced with lots of flowery hops. Flavour follows in the vein of the aroma with a distinct bitterness and dryness from the hops, yet a caramel backbone guarantees a nice experience!
