Mogwai (150), Askeby, Denmark Jul 9, 2008 Bottle. Unclear amber colour with lasting white head. Aroma is hops, flowers, malt, caramel, but all in all sweet. Flavor is much of the same. The beer is very round and tasty, and one of the few x-mas beers I like. plovmand (380), Helsinge, Denmark Jun 24, 2008 Bottle. Pours hazy amber with a large head that lasts. Spicy and hoppy aroma with some sweetness. Flavour is pretty hoppy with a solid malt base that adds some sweetness to the beer. I like it. The flavor is sweetness and caramel, with some hops. A nice beer without a lot of spices, nice.
