Nicely balanced malt and hops aroma with a little coffee. Flavour is more of the same. The finish is a little harsh but settles on some really pleasant fruit and coffee notes. Warm grapefruit aroma, coppery marmalade with a pinch of cinnamon spice. Perfectly poised citrusy bitterness and light caramel sweetness. Definitely a sweet beer, but not the slightest bit sticky. A sparkling liveliness to this beer, every drop full of flavor. Deep, rich, hoppy-satisfaction. Fin (3457), Merton, Oxfordshire, England
