Commercial Description:
All Others Pale - as in ’All Others Pale By Comparison’ - is our cheeky take on an American tradition, but naturally with a Danish touch. It is a well-balanced, light-bodied thirst quencher, perfect after a hard day’s work or on hot summer days...but loads of fresh green hops and a subtle malty background make this pale ale the refreshing choice all year round!
Ingredients : Water, malt (maris ottar pale, munich, carapils and caramunich), flaked oats, hops (simcoe, centennial, amarillo and nugget) and ale yeast.

One of the best APA’s I’ve had. Pours hazy copper with a solid white head. Fresh, crisp hop aroma; lots of pine and grapefruit (for an APA). Nice toasty malt. Clean, balanced hop-and-malt taste. The resin hops and biscuity malt work together without being dry or syrupy. The minimal use of the caramel malt made this beer. There is only a hint of it towards the end. It was a welcome change to the typical ’’lets balance out the hops with a ton of caramel malt’’ that sabotages most of these APA’s.

16.9oz bottle. Pours a light golden amber with a white head and some nice lacing. Aromas of fresh hops, resin, pine and some grapefruit citrus and toasted malts. Flavors are spot on as the aromas, toasted malts, fresh bitter hops, and some citrus notes. This is a fantastically big balanced pale ale. Mikkeller strikes again.

Pours lovely golden amber color with medium head. Aroma is floral and earthy with some light fruit notes. Flavor is light and refreshing, with grapefruit bitterness, floral and herbal notes, and a fairly timid caramel malt backbone. Really nice for a change, though the flavor is slightly thin.

Bottle. Pours a golden with a medium white head. Nice malt, floral, and grapefruit hops and aroma. Goes down smooth. Not an amazing amount of hops and not a hop bomb by any means, but a smooth well balanced pale ale. Good brew.

Bottle branded Vibskov Eminius. Deep red amber with a healthy head. Very interesting hop aroma: herbal, pine, vegetables, you name it. Good malty base for fresh hops that still manage to impart quite a bit of bitterness. Almost like a fresh hop salad. This really is different. Mikkeller shows that they can do wonders at 6% ABV- which is definitely more impressive than their 16%-17% heavyweights.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, with a medium long-lasting soapy beige head. Smells like pine and hay. Crisp and medium bodied. Nicely bitter upfront, tastes of pine resin, with sublte malt, balanced, has an interesting slightly wheat flavor, dry finish.
