Commercial Description:
All Others Pale - as in ’All Others Pale By Comparison’ - is our cheeky take on an American tradition, but naturally with a Danish touch. It is a well-balanced, light-bodied thirst quencher, perfect after a hard day’s work or on hot summer days...but loads of fresh green hops and a subtle malty background make this pale ale the refreshing choice all year round!
Ingredients : Water, malt (maris ottar pale, munich, carapils and caramunich), flaked oats, hops (simcoe, centennial, amarillo and nugget) and ale yeast.

From bottle : Pours a dark amber semi clear color, with a finger of white sticky head and lacing. Very nice hop aroma, with piney notes. Taste is just as good, nice hops, a slight hint of sweetness, then finishes with some bitterness. Aftertaste is piney hops, not overpowering though. Medium body and smooth as can be, really a well made APA for sure.

Hazy deep amber, reddish colour with a white head. Hoppy, fruity aroma with pine notes and hints of sweet malts. Hoppy, piney flavor with a pineapple fruity note. Light dry, hoppy, fruity and light citric finish.

Courtesy somebody. Copper color, nice soapy white head that leaves behind lacing. Nice mild peppery floral hop aroma with a light malty background. Nice velvety palate. Grassy, slightly aggressive hop character on the taste, smooth and malty. Well put together.

Bottle. Amber with pale brown medium head. Aroma hoppy with fresh citrus notes. Taste malty at first and then very hoppy. Very bitter finish. I think the hops gets too much and the beer is a little onedimensional, hopps and not much else.

Appearance: Pours a clear, ambery body with a smallish, white head. Smell: Standard pale maltiness and full notes of raw grass, grapefruit pith, and more grass. Taste: Basic pale malts, though not much in the way of sweetness. Big hit of citric pith and weedy grassiness. Medium-high bitterness. Ends with a finish full of bitterness. Hmm. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: Plenty hoppy in terms of bitterness with little flavor and maltiness to support it. Not exactly what I’d call a thirst quencher.

Amber color, moderate head, decent lacing and retention. Aroma is spicy hops with some grapefruit and citrus. Medium bodied, high bitterness for the style. Big citric, spicy hop kick.

Pours a glowing orange, with a small swirly off white head. Smells of big orange citrus, some grapefruit hops, and a light malty presence. The flavor is a nice balance of hops and grassy notes. The malt presence isnt as profound in the flavor. The citrus fruit really comes out in the finish along with a nice blend of hops. Pretty refreshing brew, a nice drinking APA from a solid brewery.
