Bottled. Hazy amber, small head. Rich medicinal rauchmalz aroma. Medium sweet with and aggressively flavourful. Oak collides with smoke and sugar. There are evident medicinal notes. A warming and potent beer that certainly stands out in the typical Mikkeller fashion. By far not my favourite from the though.

Bottled. Dark reddish brown coloured. Unclear. Dense light brown head. Smoke, berries, light spice, sweetness and alcohol in the aroma. Flavour is dense on alcohol. Has flower, berries and spice in it and a balanced and subdued smokyness. Medium to full bodied. Has a smoky alcoholdense and sweetish end. Very well balanced. Exciting but a little edgy.

Bottled. brown colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is smoked mals, licorice, and mild alcohol. Flavour is toffee, licorice, smoke and some alcohol. When warm it gets quite alcoholic in all ways.

250 ml bottle - thanks again to after4ever for another Mikkeller gem; pours light brown and hazy with thin white head; smokey aromas are sweet and subtle; very strong and sweet with flavors of caramel, hops and dank fruit; perfect amount of smoke and really quite an amazing brew; in a lineup of crazy stouts, this might have been my fav

250 ml bottle from Ølbutikken. Deep copper brown with a red tinge. Thin beige head. Smell of cigar-smoke and dark fruits. Taste is vinous and more fruity than malty. Also strong notes of charcoal, wood and tobacco. Medium bitterness. Filling. Everlasting ashy, wooden finish.
