Commercial Description:
This is a crazy version of The Beer Geek Breakfast. It's brewed with yeast from De Dolle Brouwers which due to it's fermenting abilities gives a dryer, slight acidic and stronger beer than the original. Op uw gezondheid!!

Draught@Købehavnske Øldage. A little more acidic and yeasty than the regular version. It still has a lot of roasty coffee notes, chocolate, smokey, etc. BUt the alcohol is more noticable and there is a more sharp acidic bitterness. I much prefer the regular version, but this is still very tasty.

Draught @ Købehavnske Øldage 2006. Dark black beer with dens brown head. Rich aroma of coffee and licorice. Quit sweet and full bodied. Flavour is roasty, coffeish, fruity. Aftertaste is roasty again with a mild bitter finish. I loved drinking that one.

Draught @ KØ 2006: Pitch black coloured. Dense brown head. Light cocoa, roast, coffee, some vague yeast in the aroma. Flavour is roasty, coffeish and has cocoa as well. Is sweet and light spiced wiht some fruity notes. Is quite smooth on the palate. Ends on a light roasted bitter note. Easy to drink. Full body.

(On tap) Completely black and opaque with a gigantic, stable and excellently creamy, light brown head leaving laces as it dissipates ever so slowly. Unusual, tart aroma with distinct, burned malt. Soft and creamy mouthfeel. A surprisingly light body considering the alcohol, medium at the most. Completely dominated by the roasted malts, but not really burned here. And then this odd tartness that takes some getting used to but grows to be quite interesting. Some malt bitterness in the finish. 210506
