Commercial Description:
This is a crazy version of The Beer Geek Breakfast. It's brewed with yeast from De Dolle Brouwers which due to it's fermenting abilities gives a dryer, slight acidic and stronger beer than the original. Op uw gezondheid!!

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2006. Black with a brownish head. WOW!!!!! As always the De Dolle yeast is very present in the aroma. Classic stout aromas of chocolate and coffee mixed with the notes of red and blue berries, figs and that slight acidity that is one of De Dolles trademarks. Fullbodied and quite sweet, this is a true pleasure to drink.

Black with a lasting light brown head. Extremely roast stout aroma and flavour like the original but with an exciting twist of tartness, not unlike biting in a fresh piece of oak wood. Since I also first tried De Dolle’s export stout, the "tart imperial stout" is my Revelation of the Year 2006.

Very intens dark brown to black stout color with stabile beige-brownish froth. Very intens mocca aroma’s with touches of burned rubber and lime zest. Also some hints of bitter chocolate powder, expresso, residu of burned oak in an open fire and some to hard baked fruit cake. The beer has a dry to medium dry caracter. It has hints of a good quality soft mocca with a dry fruitisch touch. It is complex dry-bitter with fine peppery freshness of the yeast. The yeasty caracter works wonderwell with the perfectly hiddien slight sourish touch. There are also untherlaying hints of Dutch Drop and violet flowers. Indeed very original for the style. Good Job Guy’s.

Draught @ KØ 2006: Pitch black coloured. Dense brown head. Light cocoa, roast, coffee, some vague yeast in the aroma. Flavour is roasty, coffeish and has cocoa as well. Is sweet and light spiced wiht some fruity notes. Is quite smooth on the palate. Ends on a light roasted bitter note. Easy to drink. Full body.

[Another century celebrated with a Mikkeller beer - this time 7300] A black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of roasted coffee, while the flavor is sweet with strong notes of coffee, roasted, malt, and a lovely yeast note. The mouthfeel is very rounded.
