Editor's note: Recent batch of this has been brewed by Mikkeller at Nøgne Ø.
An oatmeal stout with 25.0% oat-based ingredients and a nice touch of gourmet coffee. A beer that goes extremely well with breakfast.

Bottle (650ml). Via trade with Vipert666 - thanks again, J-F!. Essentially opaque oily brown-black, red around the edges, huge lasting foamy-creamy brown head, even lovely drapes of tan lace left behind. Aroma - wow! - is this Three Floyds? - incredible balance of full-on pungent hops, lactic deep roast malt, coffee, chocolate, cereal grain richness in the background, dry and even a little herbal as it warms - if this tastes as good as it smells, we’re talking new top 25 for me! The taste is very good - baker’s chocolate, strong coffee, dry herbal hops, less lactose character, pretty solid deep roast bitterness by the end, moderate alcohol. Silky, decently full but not thick body, almost oily, not sticky at all, feels great on the tongue, lasting but not coating, light astringency, more acidity than you initially think, with a smooth, long lingering finish - perhaps a little bit weak in the finish. Solidly in the middle between stout and imperial stout, would do credit to either - this is an incredible beer, I would keep this on hand always if I could.

Great nose, beautiful head. Kept getting more and more flavorful. Too bad I only had one. Becoming a real fan of Danish beer.

Bottle. Old rating. Simply divine flavors in this brew... it is loaded with coffee and chocolate, roastiness and dark fruit with a smooth lingering roasty bitter finish.

Bottle thanks to BMan113VR via zathrus13. Black brown pour with a bubbly head. Nose is coffee, earth, and roasted malt. Very dark and earthy but hard to pin down. Top soil? Taste is just a roasted but controlled coffee bomb and chocolate. Great stout. A caged tiger that could easily be turned loose to make a vicious impy stout.

thanks to Julien Allen for this one! - pours a dark black colour under a solid creamy dark beige foam; beautiful lacing; deep aroma of black chocolate, cocoa powder and tobacco; a touch of gentian and fairly roasted; good malt body with a moderate and subtle carbonation; very dry and bitter; long dry aftertaste of espresso, tobacco and milk chocolate - beautiful

Bottle thanks to zathrus13. Did not have at breakfast...sadly.... Pour inky with a large, dark brown, creamy tight head with a black body with decent lacing and good retention. Aroma is over very fresh coffee, oatmeal cookie, flowers, chocolate, brown sugar and overall smells dark. Taste is fresh coffee roast, chocolatey with no alcohol at all. Deecently smokey. Nothing spectacular, but a good stout. Smooth mouthfeel, light bubbles.
