Black beer with brown head. Aroma of caramel and coffee. The flavor is similar with coffee and caramel and some hops for bittering.

Bottle from Craig. Thanks man!! Pours black as night with a big, creamy brown head. Aroma of burnt malt, tobacco and licorice. Maybe a touch of chocolate. Flavor is rich and creamy chocolate and toast malt. Full mouthfeel and smooth. Good beer. I wouldnt typically drink this by myself, but the size of the bottle makes it tough to share.

25 cl bottle, shared with Roger and Kjetil B. Black color, nice brown head. Aroma is gigantic; roasted, smoke, coffee. Fantastic. Flavor is coffee and sweet, dark chokolate. I love this, and there is more to come soon (Nøgne Ø...)!

250 ml bottle - thanks again after4ever for yet another Mikkeller gem; mark this one down for setting my expectations too high being that Beer Geek is one of my favs; pours jet black with thin tan head; aromas in your face as a rich, milky coffee bomb; but boy does the flavor fall flat, especially against the other 3 Mikkellers sampled; roasty , but very thin; quite tasty, but the weakest in this lineup; thanks again tom for sharing all of these treats

Deep black of color with a nice brown head. An aroma with liqurice, coffee, roasted malt and dry notes. A flavor of roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, bitter, dry, liqurice and a long finish.

Big thanks to yespr for this beer! Small bottle, looks really good. Deep black, almost oily in the glass. Tastes strong, scratchy-malty, but not too much. Oily, prickly finish, a bit woody, notes of liquorice. A beer to enjoy!
