Commercial Description:
Brewed by Mikkeller at Nøgne Ø, Norway.
This imperial Oatmeal stout is brewed with one of the world’s most expensive coffees, made from droppings of weasel-like civetcats. The fussy Southeast Asian animals only eat the best and ripest coffee berries.Enzymes in their digestive system help to break down the bean. Workers collect the bean-containing droppings for Civet or Weasel Coffee. The exceedingly rare Civet Coffee has a strong taste and an even stronger aroma.
Ingredients : Water, malts, hops, yeast and Vietnamese ca phe chon coffee.

Bottle and Liquid Sunshine VI. Jet black, super resistant tan head. Sweet creamy & rich coffee aroma, spend grounds and fresh espresso. Dense, thick, warm, chewy. Very good in what it does, but still fairly direct.

Black pour with deep brown slowly diminishing head. Roasty coffee smell with roasty malts. Light coffee and dark chocolate flavors well balanced with some other great toffee and carmelly flavors. Thick oily creamy mouth feel. Very very good.

The perfect coffee-beer. Pours black with a foamy dark brown head. Aroma of light coffee, wood, dark fruit and roasted malt. Flavor is incredibly balanced coffee and malt, also some dark chocolate, and dark fruit. The beer has a wonderful coffee flavor without any overwhelming bitterness (or sweetness for that matter). Incredible!

A pitch black colored beer, with a thick foamy dark brown colored head. The aroma of bitter chocolate with coffee and dark fruits. Some sweets. The taste has a thick full flavor of pure chocolate, dry coffee with fruits. A beautiful combination of bitters and sweets. The aftertaste of bitter chocolate.

22oz bottle - Opaque black color with medium sized light brown head. Aroma is full of rounded beautiful coffee, dark chocolate, oak. Flavor is malty, with chewy malts, dark chocolate. Smooth, delicious, I really liked this one - one of the best coffee stouts I’ve had.

Pours oily black with a medium sized mocha colored head. Beautiful aroma of mocha, chocolate, and a touch of hops. Flavor is very well balanced chocolate, dark fruit, coffee, and roasted malt. The coffee is not as dominant as I was expecting. Very sweet at first and slightly bitter at the end. Good body. Good coffee finish. Make sure to let it warm. Nice beer.
