| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 22, 2007 This BW is dark reddish-orange with a small head. The aroma is quite hoppy with notes of fruit, alcohol and candy sugar. The flavour is hoppy with a nice bitterness, warming alcohol, caramel, raisin, roasted malt and candy sugar. IMO it’s more hoppy than the average BW and I think it would mature nicely. emacgee (1892), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
