Has a real funny colour, purple I think, head is light-purple too. Aroma is clear acidic, typical lambic, but not much blueberries. Flavor starts only with a small amount of sweetness, turning right away to acidity. Not much fruit. Dry texture. lassem (316), Copenhagen, Denmark

The nose is both sour and sweet with fresh berries and danish summer. The taste is smooth and light sour. I taste citrusfruits like grapfruits and notes of berries. The palate is rather waterish - unlike other Mikkeller products. This one is not that complex but wonderfull refreshing.

Well this was of course samplet a few hours before the the doors opened saturday. Dark red look and the one i sipped from had no head. Aroma has loads of old earth and sourness with a good amount of blueberries and some candy suger.
Flavor is a mix between tart and sweet. Highly sipable. henrikb (1305), Aarhus, Denmark
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 27, 2008 Rubin red with a light orange shine, creamy pink head; Very straight lambic nose, citrus, notes of oak, very little sour fruit aroma; Very acetic body, soft textured, very little carbonation; Strangely enough marzipan notes in the finish, very little straight berry aroma as well, lots of wood. Very good, but the berries are a little to discrete. BeerBiker (1392), Kathmandu, Nepal

Horsehouse is dominant. Deep red and some purple. Acid, citric, lemon, soft, edge, old soil. Another Mikkeller gem! Ethereal (1707), London, Greater London, England
