Powerfull sour blueberry aroma and flavor. Moderate sweet, really nice complex beer. Syruply and very dry palate. Berries and lambic sourness really mix well here. MiP (9099), Sønderborg, Denmark

Pours muddy dark red - very impressive colour. An impressive, staying, pink film head. Aroma is sweet, lots of blueberries, some barnyard, light funky. A bit weak mouthfeel, some watery notes. Flavour is softly tart, lots of sweet fruitiness. Some funkiness in the finish. Certainly good, but certainly the second best blueberry lambic in Cantillon barrels.

Large foamy reddish lasting head. Good display of lacework. Cloudy red color. Aroma of vinegar, citrus, blueberries, mixed fruit, wine gum and acid drops combined with the mild leather, barnyard notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and dry texture. Moderated acidic with good counter sweetness. Lingering sour blueberries finish. FrankJohansen (3370), Århus-Randers Crew, Denmark

Fruit, difficult to identify, like a very freshly mixed fruitlambic. Amazingly good, flavourful lambicky-fruit concoction, quite some fruitacids. Deep velvety MF and lipsmacking sourness. Mikkeller fruit gem. ’nuff said.
