Draft. An unclead red beer with a pinkish head. The aroma is dominated by bill berries. The flavor is sweet and sour with strong notes of blueberries as well as some wood, leading to a tart finish.

(On tap) Lightly hazy warm red with a small and creamy pink head. Distinct sourish aroma, berry-like but perhaps not blueberries in particular. Medium body with distinct Brett and a vinegary sourness, berry accents - blackcurrant actually. Finishes dry. Very refreshing, and another amazing Mikkeller lambic made in the heart of Copenhagen. 130908

From tap at Ølbutikken. Pours unclear deep purple/red with a lacing pink head. Tart yet also fresh blueberry aroma. Flavour is medium dry and acidic with a fresh blueberry dominant flavour. Quite refreshing and smooth. Lingering mild vinegar like finish.

Draught at Ølbutikken, Copenhagen. Hazy purple, pink head. Tart citric nose. The blueberries contributes mostly with colour and a general fruitiness. Very acidic with lots of lemon and vinegar. Sulphur starts to take over in the finish. I still maintain that blueberries and beer don’t go together very well. Instead of the deep balsamic aromas from raspberies och cherry there is just a general fruitiness that takes the edge of the complexity of the lambic.

Cask at Ølbutikken, Oehlenschlægersgade 2, 1663 Copenhagen, Denmark. Clear medium to dark red color with a average, frothy, excellent lacing, fully lasting, pink red head. Aroma is moderate to heavy, fruity - berry, blueberries - blackcurrant, sour, tart, wood. Flavor is heavy sweet and acidic with a long duration, and a dry dry finish. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Lovely - very nice ... Thanks Jeppe ... [130908]

With big thanks to yespr. Good citric and fruity flavour. Nice cloudy dark red colour. Weak citric flavour, some fruit. Quite nice but not that sour.
