Aroma is very bitter and hoppy with a slice of citrus. Great apperance - typical nice pale ale. Excellent bitter flavor which presents the chinook hops very well (albeit not my absolute favorit type of hops). Super biting mouthfeel! Overall a great beer!! Very bright and juicy citrus hop aroma. Some oily green hop leaf too.
Lots of yummy hops in here. Very fresh and tastey. Though, like a lot of good IPAs its hard to distinguish like others (for example, its like a hoppier, fuller SNCA). This one is definitely a bit tastier. Nice juicy/syrupy hop sweetness. Yeasty sour bread hints too.
Occaisional dry cocoa hints in the finish.
I would buy this often if I lived in Denmark. Very good. Dixen (1465), Flagstaff, Arizona, USA

Cloudy orange body with a small off-white head. Light malty flavor, but a big hop profile, lots of grapefruit, juicy bitterness which lingers in the mouth. Bugrat (56), Cph. V, Denmark

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 1, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy, dark amber with a small, creamy head. But it’s the aroma, that really makes this beer stand out. Wauw, a fantastic aroma of peach, apricot and perhaps also a citrusy touch. The body is not overly full considering the alcohol. Lightly sweet flavours of caramel malt, but it’s the fantastic Chinook hops that completely dominate this brew and also leave a considerable bitterness. 011205 MPA (515), Nørrebro(formerly Aalborg), Denmark

This is a beer I fancy! Amber-orange with an aroma of hops, oranges, flowers and sweet liquorice (to mention but a few of the many magnificent scents which hit my nostrils). Floral in taste with an excellent bitterness. The mouthfeel was very well balanced. Thanks to Sofajoern for joining me in tasting this beer Sofajoern (146), Denmark

Fairly dark (for an IPA) reddish brown with a slowly dissipating head.
Lots of hops in the aroma, flowers, oranges and a touch of sweet liquorice and apples. Almost creamy in the mouth and very full bodied. The hoppyness and bitterness in the flavour was almost overwhelming and lasted quite a bit afterwards.
Definetely one I’ll come back for. ThomasE (5178), Copenhagen, Denmark
