Sep 8, 2007 Hazy green golden, off-white head. Light citrus & peach aroma. Citric and peachy hops dominate the flavor as well. Sparkly mouthfeel - feels lighter than it is.

Sep 6, 2007 Golden of color with an off-white head. A fruity aroma with some notes of malt, citrus and grass. Hoppy, pine bitter flavor with a citric fruity note again balanced with some malty sweetness. Very well balanced.

Aug 31, 2007 Updated: Mar 14, 2009Bottle, at RBESG 2007 in Glasgow, Grand Tasting. Hazy golden colour. Nice aroma of hops - spicy, oaky and fruity. Unfortunately I drank it too warm, but the flavour was still spicy and quite OK.
Rerate, 750 ml "champagne" bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8.0%. Deep golden colour, slightly hazy, with a big and slightly off-white head. Lovely aroma of Amarillo and Cascade hops, with spicy and fruity (citrussy) notes, also hints of caramel. The flavour is spicy and zesty, with grapefruity hops but it is not too bitter. Hints of candi sugar and oak, but the beer is not sweet. Dry and slightly astringent finish. Alcohol is noticeable, but the beer is still dangerously drinkable for its strength. I’m upping it a point. In danger of repeating myself: Well done (again), Mikkel!

Aug 30, 2007 Bottle, RBESG Grand Tasting 07. Hazy golden, thin white head. Nose is fruity hop, some dusty hops too. Mouth is packed full of fruity hop, some malty chocolate too. Really really nice.

The hoppy smell fills my nose. A lvely, refreshing pilsener with an amazing dryness. A crate of those, please!

Aug 27, 2007 Bottle thansk to Jens, rbesg07. Im not going to f about herem all my notes say is saaz saaz sazz, its hot hot hot! What i will say is that its the only beer i had 3 glasses of at the entire tasting.
