sleepylopes (313), New York, USA May 14, 2009 hard aroma to nail down some sweet hop notes. nice golden red. solid hop presence and a touch of booz in a good way. nice lingering hop sweet. arrogantb (695), Denver, Colorado, USA May 8, 2009 I am pretty sure I got a good deal on this bottle, it was priced at $6.99 for 750ml. The color was a hazy orange and it smelled like a peppery, grassy IPA. There are obviously a good amount of hops in this beer. the first taste reminds me a little of Sam Adams imperial pilsner, a very fruity, hoppy flavor. This beer has convinced me to drink more of Mikkeller’s beers.

Smooth carbonation and full body. Bitter finish. trapez (766), Hilleroed, Denmark Apr 29, 2009 Bottle. Aroma with plenty of hops and malt. Notes of grass and flowers. Unclear amber colour with beige head. Very nice bitter hoppy flavour, very much lika an IPA. Well balanced with malt. The bitterness does not continue but a sweet malt flavour is left in the aftertaste. nhorween (639), Chicago, Illinois, USA Apr 25, 2009 750 ml, cork and cage. Orangey-amber color with a rocky white head. Aroma of hops and tangerines, herbal and minty, lager yeast. Hoppy flavor also, bitter citric finish. Watery body, more herbal character. Long finish, slightly coppery. Not bad. diabel (1366), Aarschot, Belgium Apr 14, 2009 Bottle Blond, hazy body. Lightly creamy body. Spare lace. Great, smooth aroma of citrus (orange), maybe a little bit sharp on the citric edge. Heavily bitter, subtle and smooth flavour. Maybe a bit tart, but very nice. Allen (1282), Switzerland Apr 14, 2009 A huge amount of quinces in the nose. Decent but nothing too spectacular. Nice hop profile. Good balance. Sweetish, yet very drinkable. Good finish. Bov (5403), Bienne, Switzerland Apr 12, 2009 from crackedkettle.com - hazy dark blond-orange colour with a little white foam; aroma of quince, pear and honey; good malt body but not heavy mouthfeel, fair and rounded bitterness, long flowery aromatic hoppy finish with more honeyish touches - very drinkable and pleasant
