May 15, 2008 750 bottle courtesy of SuzyGreenberg at Uber Tavern. Pour is cloudy orange golden. Aroma of fruity sweet grass. Taste is really nicely melded, soft sweetness, fruity orange hoppiness. Finish has some slight heat, doesn’t detract at all though. Palate is medium, holds up to the big flavors but is still quite drinkable. Nice beer.

Sep 17, 2008 Bottle Pours out a hazy straw topped with a nice head. Aroma of fresh floral hops and light malts. Tast more of the hops with a nice body. Very good.

Dec 16, 2008 At decaturstevos zapit tasting. Translucent orange pour with good white head. Sweet corn aroma. Pleasant caramel malt and earthy hoppiness with some alcohol warming on the finish. Did not care too much for this, but not bad.

Jun 30, 2007 (Bottle) Pours hazy orange, light amber. Hoppy, fruity aroma with apricot, grapefruit, mango, orange and black currant. Also some smaller hop notes of grass, pine and flower nectar. Typical complex, have it all ,Mikkeller hop profile. A bit sweet with a nice maltiness. Light fruity, hoppy flavour with grass apricot, friendly grapefruit and light pine. Crisp, light dry finish with a medium bitterness. Lingering fruity and grassy aftertaste. Medium body. This one is very hoppy for being a Pilsner.

May 27, 2009 750ml bottle shared by superdave? hellbilly’s holiday tasting. Pours cloudy yellow with a one finger white head that leaves nice lacing. The nose is floral hops, malt and citrus. The taste is citrus hops, caramel and light pine in the finish. Medium bodied. Decent beer. Thanks Dave!

Nov 7, 2007 (on tap -draft bear aka fadbamse, yeah I got it) Slightly yellow, white head. Good hopping the nose, makes one espect a powerfull beer. Taste is first sweet, but very balanced. The hopping never gets to dominating. Get´s very easily drinkable as one drinks on. This is just a fab IIIPilsner and shows that a hardcore beer, can be smooth and so inviting.
