Amber with a very long lasting head which leaves lacing. Floral, perfumed aroma. Malty, nutty, mature cheese notes but with a good balancing bitterness. A very enjoyable beer. Certainly the best I’ve had in this style, by a country mile! tomthompson89 (1489), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

A rocky plume, dense snail tracks, and a thick lasting lace is DB’s trademark. The color is a pale caramel yellow and slightly hazed. Aromas of brisk chunky citrus peel hops and a mild malty sweetness. Full nectar w/ soft as cotton carbonation. It’s almost crispy on the palate despite it fullness. A brisk hopsy citrus rind component right upfront delivers a balanced malt body w/ salted grapefruit and bittersweet caramel. The finish is bittered well leaving a lingering asprin tingling sensation to ponder. This brew is very generous cold or warmed. DB leaves a mouthwatering thirst for more on the user creating an addiction. This stuff is amazing. I pick up some candyfruit as it warms. robinvboyer (1444), Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, Canada

Aroma is lots of hops, some nice citrus here, with some pine, and some thick honey. Flavour is hoppy, and malty at the same time. The mouthfeel is thick, and very enjoyable. Lots of nice tangy bitterness in the finish. WOw, what an excellent beer. I think this is quickly becomming one of my favorite styles. BoBoChamp (1426), Gent, Belgium
