Draught at Ølfestival 2007. Dark golden appearance. Ice cream and heavy hoppage in the aroma. Imperial pils in the mouth, what a style! Drinkable and strong. Love it. Mouthfeel is thick and chunky for what it is, maybe just a little sticky though. Excellent beer with the typical Mikkeller hops. thewolf (5838), Kolding, Denmark
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 13, 2007 Tap. A light hazy stray yellow with a beautiful creamy white head. Aroma has lots of Saazer hops. Well rounded mouthfeel. Taste begins sweet, then turns into a powerful hoppyness. A long aftertaste. The alcohol is extremely well-hidden. bu11zeye (5698), Frisco, Texas, USA

Comments: Tea-like hops, herbal and fully flowery. Bright American character (amarillo, cascade?), but delicious pale pils malt foundation. Tight-bodied. Very different. Gorgeous stuff.
