I love that combination. Poured a slightly hazy medium orange color. The head was thick, foamy, and white with excellent retention and lacing. Light to medium bodied and delicately sweet with mild to moderate hop bitterness (4 out of 10) that lingered. The flavor was similar to the nose (citrus and caramel). There was also a grassy note and some definite alcohol. Delicious beer. I would happily drink this any time. Skinnyviking (4174), Copenhagen, Denmark
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | May 16, 2007 Bottle. High white and fluffy but lasting head. Hazy goldn body. Lovely hoppy and fruity aroma (mainly oranges but also a bit of nuts). Flavor of hops, pretty hoppy acutally, compared to normal strong lagers this is GOOD. Alcohol percentage well hidden by the bitterness. Long dry and bitter aftertaste. Only 2 changes wanted:

| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Aug 21, 2008 When i opened the bottle, the floral hop perfume slapd me...Nice amber body with a brutal, stable, foamy lacing head. Aroma of hop, pine, resin and malt, after a while goes some yeast. The flavor is about the strong hop, the resin-taste dominates the flavor. Smooth mouthfeel with the hop, fine fruity body, sweet malt, some caramel and some shifty yeast. Dry aftertaste. BOLTZ7555 (1121), Phoenix, Arizona, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Mar 16, 2008 Poured 24 karat with a massive 3-inch head that slowly receded but left mountains of foam on the side of the glass. Aroma is grassy and extremely floral (more so than any beer I can remember)...similar to what one would experience in an orange grove. Flavor is crisp and fruity...with obvious tangerine, nectarine, and orange. Amazing beer...not sure why others were so harsh in their ratings. mirjukka (705), LOHJA, Finland

| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jul 29, 2008 Pours a thin golden with a huge airy sudsy off-white foam on top. Interesting aroma, malty, light caramel, with touches of fruit, mango/peach, and what seems like some german hops. Wonderful and unique, maintains the pilsner quality without letting the alcohol destroy it. Light candied malt, very nice too, merged with very flavorful grassy and floral hops, perfect amount of light sweet spring-time fruit, mango, grapefruit and peaches. A fantastic lasting mellow bitterness. Medium body, a bit creamy with very low carbonation. This stuff is pretty juicy with no signs of alcohol. I am a fan of this one.
