Aug 10, 2008 750 ml Bottle. Pours a warm golden in color with a pure white, fluffy head. The aroma is sweet and fruity. It has a nice citrus zing. The flavor is a dry, citrusy mix having almost a wheaty quality. It has a medium body, a well rounded flavor, and a smooth, warm finish centering around an alcohol and fuity character. An interesting beer from begining to end.

Smells of good malt and fine noble hops, dark amber, with a small off-white head. Flavour is a spicy malt, hops add a nice level of bitterness. Full bodied, a zingy mouthfeel.Terrific example. Thank You Radek Kliber.

May 24, 2007 Draught. Golden coloured. Uncelar. Dense off white head. Floral and herbal aroma. Has some spicy sweetness. Flavour is citric and hoppy. Loads of herbs, flowers and spice. Quite balanced and easy to drink. Is quite full bodied. Very dry. Ends on a floral bitterness. Drink this with care. Makes you a bit nuts in the night.

Aug 7, 2007 Updated: Oct 23, 2009Bottled - Chris O shindig 2007 - A blonde beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is refined grassy hops and other more aromatic hops. The taste has good piney hops and is very bitter in the mouth. Pretty much bites the tongue. Great flavours and beautifully brewed.Score 3.5

Poured clear golden color with an average frothy white head that was lasting and produced good lacing. Good moderate to heavy hoppy and sweet malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth sticky texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy bittersweet flavor with with a moderate bittersweet finish of moderate duration.
Nice find on this trip.

Jul 22, 2008 Bottle from Sam’s Clybourn. I think it is fair to call this an imperial pilsner. Distinctly German, but Pilsner nonetheless. Pour is a hazy gold with rambunctious head. Tasty and bitter, huge noble hop aroma, a little bread. Mostly, though, this is really hoppy and bitter in a clean, somewhat astringent way. Pretty nice, but far from perfect.

May 21, 2008 750 ml bottle from Plaza Liquors - Pours a hazy light golden color with a large white head. Nice lacing. Aroma is floral and fruity. Flavor is mostly esters. Medium body. A good beer.

Jun 3, 2008 Hazy golden, large head that lasts and coats the glass nicely. Grassy Bohemian nose, pale malts backing it. Medium bodied, soft mouthfeel, moderate bitterness but very drinkable. Like a really big and balanced Czech pilsner. Not exactly delicate, but I don’t see how that’s possible.
