Bottle. Thanks cervezageek. Pours cloudy golden coloured with a nice egg white head. Aromas of pine, grape fruit, caramel, lemons and flowers. Fruity flavour with notes of citrus, resin, warming alcohol, malt and grassy hops. Great.

Bottled 33cl. Ordered from crackedkettle.com. Appearance: Beautiful, surprisingly pale golden, slightly hazy with a nice lacing off-white head. Aroma: Extremely nice with notes of sweat, Devonshire cream, apricot, peach, grapefruit, wild strawberries, candy, ginger and mango. Flavor and palate: A lot of mango, Devonshire cream, apricot, ginger and wild strawberries showing up. Wonderful hop profile. Good bitterness. Slightly peppery on the swallow. Long dry bitter finish. Overall impression: My kind of Double IPA. A great surprise!

Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Sweetness, pineneedles, caramel and flowers in the aroma. Flavour is herbal, caramelly, citric, sweet, full of pine and has a light alcoholtouch. Medium to full bodied. Very dry. Is heavily bitter in the end, but not too much. Quite nice.

Bottle (cellphone rating). Nice amber with off white head. Fresh hoppy aroma with fresh citrus, straw and a simple expression. Flavour is fresh and immediate with citrus notes. It has a light, but really nice sweetness with a good bitter finish which only seems to be strengthened as it lingers on the tongue. Nice session beer.

Hazy deep blond color; creamy head. It has a very nice fruity aroma, apricots and mango. Good body, sweet malt and toffee flavor, with a strong hopping, with fruity resins; it’s a bit metallic in the end. Better than botttled.

with Simcoe, Amarillo, Tomahawk

Hazy light amber color, with a medium-sized creamy head. The aroma is very nice, with fruity and resiny hops, pungent, with some grapefruit, but flowery too. It has a correct caramel and toffee flavor, less sweet than expected, as well as less body strength; the hops give a earthy character too, almost light manure; the yeast seems to give some Belgian qualities, but with the lack of sugars it doesn’t combine well with the hops. Strong final, bitter, with some resins. Overall, the aroma is very impressive, the rest not so much. But it’s still good if you feel for a fair amount of hops.
