On tap. Pours an almost clear orangey brown with an off-white head. Intensely fat hop aroma. Solid body with lots of roasted malt and caramel with a hint of vanilla. But overwhelmingly dominated by the fat and intense hop notes that also leave a massive bitterness. Really a hop lover’s dream! 160509

CBF09. From tap. Pours hazy dark amber with a fully gone head. Sweet fruity and light spiced hops aroma. Dense hoppy and citrus fruity initial flavour impression. Sweet caramel malt flavoured with a distinct hops fruity accent. Roasted malt finish with a solid hoppy fruity flavour. Solid bitterness into the far finish. Very drinkable.

Bottled at PBF. Clear ruby, almost no head. Powerful perfumy lychee aroma. Fairly sweet with almost full body. Shitloads of Amrican hops assault me with peach and lychee. There’s also lots of substance in the form of cookie malt and plenty of alcohol. If there is a theme beer to Ministry’s Jesus Built My Hot Rod this is it. Not really a beer for sipping as much as a beer to drink the whole bottle yourself and go nuts. Yeah f*ck it!
