Bright red with a small white head. The aroma is sweet candy-like raspberry with some leather and medicinal iodine. The flavour is a wonderful mix of sour berries and wild funk, with a delicious tartness.

Sampled at EBF08. Red with no head. Sourish aroma with sweetish berrynotes. The same in the flavour. Pretty pleasnt lambic.

EBF2008. It’s a beautiful, raspberry red beer with a creamy head. The aroma has sourness and clear notes of brett and berries. The flavour has a pronounced sourness and the brett is almost overwhelming IMO. The leave only little room for berreis/raspberries, that I would have liked more pronounced. I do however realize, that this is a lambic with great style.

Tap at EBF 2008, Copenhagen. Hazy red color, almost no head. Aroma of berries and sourness. Flavor is fine sourness and berries leading to a sweet/sourish finish. For adults!

Red coloured and unclear. Has a pink head, lasting. Aroma of burnt sulfur and perhaps acetic acid, notes of raspberries. Flavor is mainly acidic.

Burning bright red body, a little big bubbled head; Deep, deep nose, tons of lambic notes with the raspberries super clear and very inviting; Incredible body, soft textured with tons of very well composed acids, malic and acetic; Looong finish with a acidity that smoothens perfectly, soft texture and perfect fill, tons of aroma, the raspberry is very clear with both its pit and ripe meat. Amazing!!

Draught at EBF. Red currant colored, lovely pink head. Clean red currant aroma, some sour raspberries. No funk. Tart berry flavor, very juicy, but not that complex. Acidic, a bit hollow, short finish. All these Mikkeller lambics seemed to have that same empty finish.
