Sep 21, 2008 Draught at EBF 08. Cornflakes and raspberry on aroma. Good fruit in mouth, sharp and sour on finish. Wow that’s just a stunning beer. Sweet and sour. I liked it.

Sep 18, 2008 [EBF @ Copenhagen, September 2008] Average reddish-egg-white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Reddish cloudy color. Aroma of leather, vinegar, raspberries, citrus and mix of fruit juice. Quite full bodied with a soft carbonation and very dry sticky texture. Moderated to heavy acidic flavor with good counter sweetness. Lingering raspberries sour finish.

Delicious sour raspberry aroma with some burnt match (somehow good). Hazy red with a quickly dropping pink foam. Nice tangy and tingly vinegary strawberry flavour that is only a tiny bit artificial-tasting. Mouth puckeringly sour with medium carbonation and a lotus root finish.
