Entered to celebrate my rating number 14,300. Cask at EBF 2008. A red beer with no head. The aroma is both sweet and acidic, leaning on acidic with strong notes of raspberries, but also notes of wood and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet and acidic with strong notes of raspberries as well as notes of wood, leading to a dry finish. The acidity burns lightly on the palate.

(On tap) Hazy and opaque red with no head. Extremely sour nose with the raspberries nervously peeping through. Medium body with good clean raspberry notes. Extemely sour all through the finish. On level with some of the best Belgian Fruit lambics. 120908

From tap. Pours hazy deep redish with a fully gone head. Tart raspberry and vinegar like aroma even from a distance. Nice fresh raspberry flavour with a dry and tart vinegar-ish flavour. Dry and raspberry lingering finish.

Draught at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Bright hazy red. Lovely tart lemony nose with balsamic raspberries. COncentrated and juicy with Cantillon-style acidity. Towards the finish a rubbery off-flavour grows all stronger. The initial aroma is on par with the real traditional stuff, which is an exceptional achievement.

Cask at EBF 2008, Copenhagen, Denmark. Unclear medium clear red color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy raspberry, tart and sour, wood, iodine notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy acidic with a long duration, and a dry dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. 120908

Draught at EBF08. Good citric aroma. The flavour is very nice, quite sour but with distinct raspberry notes. Good.

Draught@EBF2008. Red colour, no head. Aroma is barnyard, fruits, earth and some mild notes of raspberries. Flavourr is quite much the same, with some rather barnyardy notes. Balanced and rather nice.

Draught at EBF 2008. Hazy red coloured with a small pink head. Light acidic aroma of belgian barnyard, raspberries and wood. Light acidic flavour of danish barnyard, berries and wood. Tart finish. Very nice aroma but the flavour is a bit too acidic for me.
