Burning bright red body, a little big bubbled head; Deep, deep nose, tons of lambic notes with the raspberries super clear and very inviting; Incredible body, soft textured with tons of very well composed acids, malic and acetic; Looong finish with a acidity that smoothens perfectly, soft texture and perfect fill, tons of aroma, the raspberry is very clear with both its pit and ripe meat. Amazing!!

Draught at EBF. This really worked for me. Beautiful balance (even though it leans more towards the sourness), theres lots of juicy fruit in here, but not sweet fruit, very tart raspberry characters. Unbelievably refreshing, i could have drank this all night if it wasn’t for all the other beer. This was a very good framboise.

på fad til ølfestivalen, fredag. Smuk rød farve og intet skum. Ja det ligner lidt en gang saft. Lækker frugtet og god sur eddikke, gummi, hinbær. bider godt i tungen og er super frisk

Massive, massive brett nose with just a faint hint of raspberries. Very sour start and then wham raspberry puree is everywhere. Amazing character. Sourness just dies in the end. Wow. Truly a great lambic.

(Draught) Opaque blood-red with no head. Tart and dry raspberry aroma. Very pleasant, dry and refreshing raspberry flavor with an astringent, berry-fruity finish. Medium body, no carbonation. Very nice, want more...

Cask at EBF 2008, Copenhagen, Denmark. Unclear medium clear red color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy raspberry, tart and sour, wood, iodine notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy acidic with a long duration, and a dry dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. 120908
