Big bottle shared with Skinnyviking. Relatively clear amber with a decent, off-white foamy head. Fine glass-lacing. Rather discreet aroma of dried fruits and some biscuits notes. The solid flavour profile features sweet, hoppy fruits in nice interplay with spices and nut-like malts. Basic dry bitterness to the ending including a touch of yeast and smooth alcohol. Zestful and dry on the swallow (Copenhagen, 17.05.2009).
