A slightly hazy amber beer with a huge, fluffy, and collapsing tan head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt, spices, brettanomyces, and a bit of hops. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of spices among them cloves and coriander, as well as notes of malt, Caltha palustris (smørblomst), caramel, and lime, as well as light notes of brettanomyces, leading to a dry finish. Clear amber golden with a dense off-white head leaving some lacework. Light yeasty aroma. Medium body, fruit, nuts and yeast while the Brett is hard to detect. Finishes rather bitter. Pleasant as it is, but the funk hasn’t really developed yet. Perhaps by Easter-time next year? 200309 yespr (12404), Copenhagen O, Denmark

The flavour has a mild caramelly maltiness. Hint of pepper and faint yeast note. Mild, but good fresh hop flavour. Very well-balanced, especially considering the brewery. oh6gdx (9047), Vasa, Finland

Aroma is hops, caramel and quite much berries and fruity notes as well. Flavour is quite much the same along with some hints of alcohol. A rather nice weird brew with some twisted notes. Might need some aging, but already welldrinkable. joergen (8627), Frederiksberg, Denmark
