May 15, 2007 Draught @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Hazy light amber color with a average fizzy off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy hoppy sweet, caramel, grapefruty. Initial flavor is moderate sweet and heavy bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Very nice ;o))

May 15, 2007 Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Light amber coloured beer with different color dimentions. Attractive off white head on top. Aroma is herbal green with some nice sneeks of dry caramel, cereals and malts. Clean hoppyness, lots of fresh herbs, bitter agrum and lemon zest. Taste is crisp, dry with some elegant roundings, and tastefull hoppy, major point here is the elegance and dry refreshing caracter of the beer. Afthertaste is hoppy but it leaves place for other sensations to which makes it great. One thing is for sure, the Mikkellers know how to use hops.

May 14, 2007 Updated: Jun 26, 2007Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Bronze colour, clear, small head. Grapefruity hop aroma. Medium sweet with biscuity malt undernreath a sea of aromatic hops. There’s lychee, grapefruit, canteloupe and who knows what. Lingering bitter finish. A tasty IPA US West Coast style.

May 14, 2007 Tap at the Danske Öldager Copenhagen 2007.
Hazy red colour,flat head. Aroma of lots of amarillo,simcoe hops in a nice flowery mix. Flavor is fruity,dam,citric,alc,and a nice hopy/malty mouth feeling.Medium to full- body,nice long citric hopy finish.

May 13, 2007 Golden amber colour. Cleear as a bell. American hops aroma - most likely cascade. Flavor is overpowered by citrussy and grape hops with a somewhat thin backbone of malt to support it.

May 10, 2007 Amber colour with medium long lasting whitish brown head. Aroma with citrus notes. Taste typical IPA with lots of hops. Long and bitter aftertaste. I like the hops a lot but a little more complexity would be fine.
So hoppy that I guess it will go fine in a blind tasting of IIPAs.

May 9, 2007 Slightly cloudy copper beer with a small white head. Lots of citrus hops, some peach caramel and a hint of tobacco. The flavour has a tiny hint of caramel sweetness, and then comes the hop explosion. Lots of grapefruit, some peach and a long lasting grapefruit aftertaste. More uncompromising hoppiness than in Stateside.
