Flavor: Resin, Biscuits, Grapefruit, Caramel, Peach.
Palete: Smooth but yet quite simple with a nice kick of hops at the end. Low carbonation.
The aroma from this beer made me all happy inside. The taste is not up to pair with the aroma but still damn good. I like! Slayer85 (589), Firenze, Italy
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 11, 2008 66cl bottle. A hazy amber beer with a big, creamy and persistent white head. The aroma is very hoppy, yet not as powerful as expected, but nice. There are notes of tropical fruits, citric fruits, grass and flowers. Some caramel underneath the hops. The flavour is very hoppy too, with all the notes expected after the aroma and a nice crispiness. Medium body (or maybe something more), average/lively carbonation, long dry finish with medium to heavy bitterness from the American hops. Very satisfying. DougShoemaker (2856), Toronto, Canada
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 2, 2008 Aroma has some bold hops, a decent malt following, colour of a tequila sunrise, a small off-white head. Taste begins with orangey hops, a pleasing malt come along too. Balanced, medium bodied, bitter and dry. Very nice example. Rune (2850), Tromsø, Norway
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 16, 2008 660ml bottle purchased at the one and only Ølbutikken in Copenhagen in August last year and enjoyed at home on a Friday eve for an hour or so. A frothy, mostly lasting off-white head supported by fair lacing rests on a slightly hazy, deep orange body. Smooth hoppy to the nose with spruce notes. The flavour is a composition of spicy hops and orange shells layered with moderate malty sweetness and ending with lingering bitterness. Soft mouthful. A tasty sipper, but I must admit that I had expected more. Some living refreshment is missing. But maybe I’m far too pampered with the great brews from Mikkeller (15.02.2008). killbuck (4), Helsingør, Denmark does not count | 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Feb 9, 2008 this is one of my favourite danish brews, it has all that an ipa should have: hops hops and hops.. beautiful to behold an easy on the tounge, but not too easy if you know what i mean. juiceisloose (677), Windermere, Florida, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 1, 2008 This one poured a golden color with a thin white head that dissipated quickly. The aroma is of citrus fruits, floral hops, toasted grains and spices. The sweet malts show themselves first followed with the floral and piney hops. There is a good amount of spices in there as well. This one is medium bodied that was easy drinking that had a crisp, dry finish to it. This was an interesting take on this style. beerbuzzmontreal (2922), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
