Bottle. Straw yellow coloured with a fine egg white head. Very lively. Aromas of grassy hops, flowers, barnyard, stable and lemons. Flavour of citrus fruit, dry, yeast and minerals.

Bottle from Perry’s. Not sure about this one. Nose suffers from Brabant syndrome, which is to say smells huge but tastes puny. Nose is nice and funky, sweaty sour. Flavor is only mild Brett, mineral water, yeast. Later sips get more sour, but still totally incongruous with the scent.

another brew shared by rustychiles... i think? a hazy yellow pour has a small white head. wow, this smells like straight horse manure... full of hay and alfalfa along with lemon, and mineral notes. the palate is super dry and would be quite refreshing if it didn’t remind me of poo... flavors of lemon, grass, minerals and stank. thin bodied and refreshingly dry... weird, yet i keep coming back.7/3/7/3/15/3.5

Orangey straw body with a very minimal head. Smell the brett straight up and noticeable with each sip along with some lemon notes, maybe a Mikkeller session beerr but I wouldn’t fancy too many in a row mainly the citrus would get too much for me.

330ml bottle shared with Elisabeth at Henrik Øl og Vinstove in Bergen. Hazy, golden body with just a white layer on the surface. Fresh and pleasantly grassy hops to the nose. Lemony hops in flavour highlighted by wheat and dusty malts. Nice bitter endnotes. Very dry in the mouth. A fine and moreish summer drink (18.06.2009).

330ml bottle - shared by Mirjukka - thanks!
Fizzy pour. Dry woody brett aroma - hinting towards cantillon. Fizzy palate, a touch thin and malty. Some swimming pool in the taste. Finish is pleasantly grainy. Weird sour beer - not sour enough, that’s for sure, there’s no bite. Hops present, but well restrained. A bit watery but no real flaws.
