Bottle shared by rustychiles at hellbilly’s holiday tasting. Hazy gold color pour with a small head. Big funky barnyard aroma. Nice flavor with yeast, grass, sour fruit and grain. Very interesting brew. Thanks Rusty.

330. Pours a murky bright golden with a thinnish creamy layer of platinum blonde foam. Decent stringy lace. Funky, barnyardy, grassy, floral nose. Crisp, fizzy, medium body. Dry carbonation,, small bubbles, quite crisp. Funk, grass, and floral notes on the mid-palate. The funk’s probably a little too big for the rest of the beer.

As much as it pains me I have to give it the slam. Nice aroma builds this up for a big fall (barn white fruit...). None of the good from the wild yeast only an awful butter and stale poppedcorn thing that crushed this thin brew. Wish I had som bgb to gargle with after this.

It’s Alright label. A hazy blonde ale with a thick frothy white head. Aroma is super beautiful, with horseblanket, brie cheese, and light fruity esters....wow! In mouth, a light and refreshing ale with light Brett, wheaty notes, a bit of corkl. Light yet complex and beautiful. 5.99$ , 12 once bottle, at Binny’s South Loop. May 18 2009.

Bottle: Poured a hazy bright golden color ale with a huge pure white foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of Brett yeast with some Belgian malt and some funky notes at the end. Taste is a mix between dirty leather and barnyard notes with some refreshing but dry finish. Additional hops presence would have improved this beer. Body was quite full with good carbonation. Well done though fall way short of Orval which is still reference for the style.

Drank as "It’s Alright." Tasted like drinking water that had some straw soaked in it. If I were Mikkeller, I think I would take my name off of the bottle.

Pours out a mostly clear light golden color with a small white head. Aroma is of citrus, band aid, grass and some fruit. Taste is funk, citrus, grassy hops and a slight fruity flavor, mouth feel is a bit watery. Overall very interesting...
