Head is initially average sized, frothy/fizzy, white, mostly diminishing.
Body is hazy medium yellow, bottle conditioned.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (flowers), moderately yeasty (barnyard, horseblanket), with notes of band-aid, lemon zest, sour apple, wood.
Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is very lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter.
Light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation, lightly to moderately astringent.
I quite like the nose, which makes it seem very promising, but alas...the mouth experience is surprisingly disappointing. Very thin, very watery and fizzy, bland, astringent, and quite stark/overattenuated. I desperately wanted to like this due to the low ABV (as more proof, along with beers like Taras Boulba, that there are amazing beers under 5% ABV), but it definitely needs more work. Nose is lightly hoppy, lightly tart, with a light golden raisin note. Hazy urine yellow with a medium yellowish head. Flavor has some bitterness, light funk,a touch of sweetness, and some light corriander spiciness. Tastes like an American style sour ale sonce they add brett. pantani (1902), Salinas, California, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Apr 17, 2009 Deep gold with a thin white head. Aroma is lightly funky, yeast, some fruit. Taste is very oaky, light funk, it’s tastes like the brett is going through a sick phase. BartC (402), Lichtaart, Belgium

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 14, 2009 Courtesy TheCheeseMan. Slightly hazy yellow color with a thin broken white head. Odd aroma of Belgian yeast and gym socks. Taste was decent, but muddled. Some fruit character, a suggestion of Belgian sour twinge, corny sweetness. It just doesn’t come together. hopscotch (5483), Vero Beach, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 13, 2009 Bottle… mgumby10’s & hopscotch’s WtFFfFDotF Throwdown … Hazy straw-colored ale with a mid-sized, fizzy, white head. Decent retention. Woodsy, acidic aroma – citrus fruit and... is that a hint of black cherry?... or maybe strawberry? Hmmm? Pleasant, either way. Light to medium-bodied with a dry mouthfeel and effervescent carbonation. The flavor is well balanced, but not nearly as acidic as the aroma. It’s a tad spicy, mildly bitter and very lightly tart. Finishes crisp, mostly clean and a touch dry. Refreshing. Bottle provided by mgumby10! SudsMcDuff (1692), was CapeTown,SA-now Houston, Texas, USA
