Superfresh citrus aroma with a distinct sour-acidic scent from the Brettanomyces. Taste is extremely refreshing, and quite balanced too actually. More Brett, fresh citrus, both oranges and lemon, with a little sweetness in the backbone. A certain bitterness too, and some notes of wood and mild barnyard. Properly light-bodied. Top drinkability. Yummy! skortila (2905), Bunnik, Netherlands

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | Mar 1, 2009 Bottle. Pours a clear sunshine yellow, with a minimal foamy head. Urine in a bottle. Aroma is fruit zest, citrus and mango. Flavor is crisp and bitter, with notes of mild malt, citrus zest, somewhat sour, just a hint of hops. Super light bodied, as in wow this is really really light bodied. Finish is....a bit of sugar and dry hops. Like cotton candy, it just disappears in your mouth. jbrus (4883), Delft, Netherlands
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Feb 28, 2009 Bottle@Home. Strong brett aroma, horse blanket and leather. Golden colour, white irregular head, fair lace. Light malt sweet, sourish, bitter, horse blanket, leather, barnyard. Light body. Too much brett for me and could use some body in the finish. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 27, 2009 The aroma on this one goes NUTS! All kinds of sour, earthy smells. Smells like: methane, sulfur and fruits (?!?!?!) Flavor is nutty (whole different direction) with notes of bread. Ends on a mild, tannic note. Notes of (get this): Monterey Jack, Gouda, cheese biscuits and cheerios. The finish is clean. Pours hazy golden with white head. Slight sour note in the flavor. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 1/5 | 7/20 | Feb 25, 2009 Bottle. Pour was straw yellow color with continuous carbonation. Aroma of pear and some good funky yeast. Flavor was very disappointing, initially a little pleasant sourness and then a strong unpleasant bitter and lasting aftertaste. Contaminated bottle maybe? jrob21 (1271), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Feb 24, 2009 Clear yellow color with a bit of a white head that dissipates by the end of the drink. Pretty funky and not so sour. Funk is the stinky cheese sort of funk with a bit of cloying dirtiness that lingers for a while. There is a unique and distinct popcorn sort of flavor in there as well. Aroma is musty, moldy, and slightly citrus. All in all an OK beer just as the name implies.
