Bottle. Pour was straw yellow color with continuous carbonation. Aroma of pear and some good funky yeast. Flavor was very disappointing, initially a little pleasant sourness and then a strong unpleasant bitter and lasting aftertaste. Contaminated bottle maybe?

Clear yellow color with a bit of a white head that dissipates by the end of the drink. Pretty funky and not so sour. Funk is the stinky cheese sort of funk with a bit of cloying dirtiness that lingers for a while. There is a unique and distinct popcorn sort of flavor in there as well. Aroma is musty, moldy, and slightly citrus. All in all an OK beer just as the name implies.

Near-transparent gold, small white head gone quickly. Nose is too aggressively funky for me, offensive with the extreme foot and dank rotting earth. There some light lemon and yeast to temper this. Loads of yeast and spice in the flavor, very dry, light apple/lemon coming through in the finish. There’s a brown rice/grain flavor that cuts the flavor though, and like the nose, is just too strikingly singular for me. Crisp and dry, but the fruity finish keeps it balanced. Complex and tasty, but wildly all over the place and very aggressive in some un-becoming notes. Not recommended for a beginner, even if they have some brett under the belts.

(Draught at Örsted Ölbar, Copenhagen, 14 Feb 2009) Golden amber colour with brief, white head. Tart, fruity nose with notes of brett, citrus and grassy, spicy hops. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, brett and grassy, slightly earthy hops. Light body, dry and fresh. Very interesting beer with leanings towards both saison and gueuze. Different but refreshing.

Bottle from Robert. Poured yellow with white head. Aroma of manure, and earthy. Taste was sour with a nasty earth taste. This is not a good beer.

Pours a light yellow hazy body with a large frothy white lasting head. There is no doubt in the smell. This is yesty and Belgian style. Aroma of earth, basement, raw vegetable, oak and apple. The flavor is heavy sour and has a heavy bitter finish like a Boon Mariage Parfait. It has a light/medium body and a watery thin finish.

(11.2oz bottle, labeled Its Alright) Pours a cloudy golden body with a small white head. Aroma of manure, grass, grain, and honeycomb. Flavor of grain, toasted malt, smoked gouda, and light funkiness.
