Bottled. Hazy golden color, short white head. Aroma of barnyard, some cheese, bit hop. Bit bitter taste, slight sourish. Quite dry palate, bit crisp.

330 ml bottle. Golden color, low white head. Slightly sour citric hop aroma with a touch of caramel. Dry, bitter flavor with a malty finish. Some lambic-like sourness in the mix, but strangely different. Medium-light body, medium-high carbonation. Needed a bit of warmth before it opened up. A beer with a personal touch, but it didn’t truly appeal to me.

0.33 l bottle. Hazy golden color with creamy head. Strong wild yeast aroma with grapefruit, lemon, honey and barnyard. Dry wheaty, biscuity, honeyish, lemony and grapefruity flavor with spicy and bitter finnish. Complex yet quaffable brew. Nice soft oily palate with a bit more body than usually in sour beers.

Bottle 0,33 l. Pale and hazy yellow golden, white head. Nose is sourish, lots of yeast, mushrooms and shiitake, hay and some sour berries. Flavor is fresh, dry, yeasty, a bit acidic. Actually there isnt much of flavor, but rather earthy, barnyardy and sour. Good, a real surprise.

330 ml bottle. Finland. Unclear golden copper colour with very small head. Aroma sour, hoppy some way sweet. Flavour is also very interesting mixture of sourness, bitterness and sweetness. Excellent beer.

Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Dense white head. Acidic and sour aroma. LIght barnyard and grape. Flavour again light acidic and grapy. Has some earth notes and light herbal notes. Nice body. Very dry. Refreshing light bitter and acidic end. Nice and easy to drink. Very refreshing.

Bottle. Hazy golden with a good white head. Sour fruit and brett aroma, farmyard and cellar flavours. Earthy and fruity with citrus freshness. Good bitterness, brett is there in moderation. Admirable project.
