Sep 26, 2009 Bottle from Gomer’s in Lee’s Summit, MO. Nice golden yellow color with plenty of carbonation and small head. Smells wild. This is light and tart but with plenty of brett keeping things interesting. Lots of different barnyard flavors but none of them are overpowering. A little bit of acidity in the finish. Overall, it’s alright! Would love to enjoy it again but there are so many other wild ales out there and this isn’t exactly low-priced.

Sep 25, 2009 Light hazy golden pour. Fizzy white head and sminimal lace. Spice and brett on the nose. Lightly tart mouth-feel Green apple, light barnyard, hops and of course brett. Finish’s dry. I would hardly say this one is sour, still decent to say the least

Sep 23, 2009 33cl bottle, best by 10/22/12. Small white head that mostly dissipates atop lightly hazed straw body. Aroma is moderately sweet, sour cherry, some wood, light raspberry. Taste is medium sweet, Brett, some wood, seltzer. Light body, somewhat dry, some effervescence.

Sep 22, 2009 Bottle from Pat and Ana at Ian’s house. Poured a yellow color with small head. Very refreshing with a dry finish. A little bit of Bret to give it a nice flavor boost. Not bad for a session beer.

Sep 19, 2009 Bottle pours a clear straw yellow body with a nice vanilla head that leaves clumpy lacing. Aroma is lemony, vaguely funky and outdoorsy. Very effervescent. Taste has a dirty earthy dryness with a sour lemon character. A note of moldy blue cheese emerges as it warms. Nicely drinkable at the low alcohol.

Sep 17, 2009 12oz bottle, slight hazy yellow hue, with an off-white head, yeasty, moderate bretty, funky, banyard nose with some nice sour green apple accents, with some cheesy, dusty, leathery, kind of dirty feet, mold notes in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, bretty, funky character, with some cheesy, faint lemon peel, green apple sourness flavors, with a light citrus, rhubarb tartness accent, and a mild flowery hop leafiness, leading towards a leathery, citrusy, sour green apple, lemony, hop, dry bitterness finish.

Sweetish and slightly spicy flavor with some maltiness. Continues spicy, with some sugary-candyish tones. Finishes with lots of hops and citrus. Medium-bodied. good.
