Nice golden yellow color with plenty of carbonation and small head. Smells wild. This is light and tart but with plenty of brett keeping things interesting. Lots of different barnyard flavors but none of them are overpowering. A little bit of acidity in the finish. Overall, it’s alright! Would love to enjoy it again but there are so many other wild ales out there and this isn’t exactly low-priced. ucusty (1887), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA
