Bottle, labeled as "Alright". Body is clear yellow gold with a thick foamy white head. Strong brett aroma, granny smith apples, candi sugar, sweaty and yeasty like a wild cider. Flavor starts watery and dry yeasty, with faint spice but just a shell of the aroma. Faintly tart and dry like a wheat malt, and weak funk/brett in the finish. Watery aftertaste. Slightly astringent.

Bottle shared at CDC release. Pours a light hazy gold with a whtie cobwebby large bubbled head. Aroma is funk, stake cheese, horsey, a bit mousey and tons of off plastic phenols. Flavor is wheaty light dough, becomes thin and astringent, bretty funk goes out of control- palstic, off cheese, isovaleric, and butyric- slight goaty, mousey, pissy and a strange acidic finish. Way too off and astringent.

Bright orange with white head. Spice and citrus aroma, flavor of cardamon and orange peel. Bitter finish. Decent.

Green apple accented bretty nose with a grapey dry champagne essence riding through as well...even has a crisp gueuze-like touch to it with hints of nutty cheese. Super transparent uriny look, bright white ring on top. Watery, completely dead body...none of the flavors can swim in this watery mess...they all drown. The brett falls flat into a grainy puddle. Some apple essence and a bit of lemon water try to hold on till the end, but ultimately dies. It had promise but completely falls flat in the mouth.

another brew shared by rustychiles... Aroma was like walking out of the barn to let the cows in for their morning milking, manure. Hazy yellow body with white head. Flavor of sour lemons and some spice to bring forth a dryness on the palate. Different brew to say the least.

Hazy gold with a white head. Sour vegetal yeasty aroma with a distinct cheesy note. Sour hoppy taste with just a hint of bread. Not particularly keen on this to be honest.

A Mes rate. Bottle at home with our Weasel.
Mad stuff. Full on wheaty barnyardy aroma and flavour yet somehow clean and drinkable. Slight funky feel that is somewhat akin to Orval. An odd one indeed and certainly difficult to describe. Whatever, I liked it.
