Draught at EBF 08. Gold, lasting beige head. Farmyard hoppy, lambicky/bretty style aroma. Very farmyard and they good sherberty hop. It’s incredible, just this mix of farmyard and hop. Just so stunningly surprising, it put a big smile on my face.

Heavily carbonated with faint white head that dissipated quickly. Faintly citrus & sour aroma with a light funk to it. A parching dry body with a yeast dominant flavor. A great grainy flavor gives it some decent body before a lightly soured body. If this weren’t so damn expensive stateside, I’d purchase this beer by the case.

Bottle thanks to mesandsim at home. Alround rating: The digestive biscuitys you get in your cracker selection, like the hovis ones, that have gone a bit stale, a citrus hop note thats not overly bitter, tart dust, really thin body. Its one of the best from mikkeller, soo drinkable, soo sessionable and infinitly tasty.

Bottle courtesy of papsoe. Pours gold with a sustained white head. Smells of fruit, funk, grass, citrus. Tastes dry and grassy with some nice bretty tartness on the finish.

330 ml bottle. Finland. Unclear golden copper colour with very small head. Aroma sour, hoppy some way sweet. Flavour is also very interesting mixture of sourness, bitterness and sweetness. Excellent beer.

Deep golden body with s slight pale touch, lots of beautiful white head; Incredibly big nose deep, deep super complex and super interesting, fresh, lots of brett aromas and lots of different yellow fruits as well; Super fresh body, carbo is big and fresh, texture is soft and fresh, not full at all ,but really really right, balanced fruit acids, incredible; Long drying finish, tons of aroma, harsh part arrives later and dry, lots of brett aromas but tons of fruit as well. Amazing beer!!!
