| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Nov 4, 2009 Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a medium white head. Aroma has sour notes as well as stale fruits. Flavor is equally disappointing with the same stale notes with a particularly musky note. I expect better from Mikkeller.

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 6, 2009 Bottle at Pizza/Birreria Paradisio. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a thick dense creamy white head. Nice big brett and funk, big and cheesy. Sweet, not as funky as the nose would suggest, but a nice big brett component. Dry and more brett on the finish. A little thin and one dimensional, but still tasty. Teege (100), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 6, 2009 12 oz. bottle from Greens. Pours a fizzy cloudy gold. The nose is extremely funky. Sharp notes of strong cheese, foot, body odor, egg, overripe fruit, and mossy earth. In a nutshell strong and fecund. The flavor is much more mellow. Still a lot of funk, very dry, quite tasty. Gets better as it warms. Hell yes. tommeagher (7), Jersey City, New Jersey, USA does not count | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Dec 6, 2009 Sweet, fruity, thin and flowery. Smells promising but ultimately it’s a letdown. The exclamation mark is totally unneccessary. kappldav123 (1846), Markkleeberg, Germany
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 28, 2009 Thanks for this one, yespr! The bottle looks very simple, but okay. The beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Sourish aroma. Starts also sourish, a bit salty-prickly. Becomes then a bit thiner. Finish shows sourish-woody notes, a bit grasy. Good beer! aroma is earthy with that barnyard funk going on. Some cider tones as well.
flavour is quite dry and pretty funky. Some biscuity-cracker maltiness and a light hop presence in the finish.

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 22, 2009 11.5oz bottle from State Line. Big bubbly pour, pale amber, with not much of a head (rather, those big cider-like bubbles percolate throughout). Soft bretty nose with sour apple, a lot like those nice Spanish ciders folks have been digging of late. Clean and very drinkable, with just a hint of pepper detectable. Tasty but doesn’t leave much of an impression overall. hirigalzkar (578), Stockholm, Sweden

It realy is a light, like a beguinners brett-Beer
